In 2011, word got out that the act has a strong connection with Raja Kannada, who is now under police investigation. As the police investigation continues, the issue has added fuel to the fire.Synthesis and biological evaluation of adenine-rich aptamer-DNA conjugates.
Aptamers are unique short DNA or RNA oligomers with a broad variety of potential applications in molecular biology and biotechnology, particularly as tools to study cellular and subcellular events. In this paper, we describe the preparation and characterization of a library of 9-deazadenosine- or 8-azido-9-deazadenosine-containing DNA sequences, which, after separation by reverse-phase HPLC and 5'-excision-coupled RNase H, were used to select for novel aptamers. We found that the pool of aptamers selected from 8-azido-9-deazadenosine-containing DNA sequences preferentially bound to the nuclear RNA-binding protein, FUS. After initial selection, we show that the aptamers can be expanded by a stepwise process of selection and amplification. The biological functions of the aptamers were assessed by their ability to modulate the transcription of two genes, human growth hormone and c-fos. A single aptamer was able to simultaneously induce increased transcription of these two genes. We also show that a variety of other known aptamers with unrelated secondary structures can be expanded in this manner.Q:
Generate list of multiple arrays in Python
I have a list of arrays
array_list = [['1', '2', '3', '4'],
['1', '2', '3']]
and I want to generate the following list of arrays:
new_list = [["1", "2", "3", "4"],
["1", "2", "3"]]
I have tried:
new_list = [i for i in array_list for j in i]
but this seems to be wrong. What is the right way to do this?
A:
A list comprehension should do:
[["1", "2", "3", "4"] if i else ["1", "2", "3"] for i in be359ba680
